Book Colombia Medical is a booking-referral service. We connect prospective patients with independent Colombian clinics that meet our vetting standards. We are not a medical provider, insurer, or agent of any specific clinic. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

What using this site means

By using bookcolombiamedical.co or submitting a request, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown are typical 2026 ranges from partner clinics — not committed prices. Your actual quote depends on your case, chosen surgeon, hospital, and current currency exchange. Only a quote issued directly by a clinic constitutes an offer. Book Colombia Medical is not a party to any medical services contract between you and a clinic.

Medical decisions are yours

Any decision to pursue a procedure is yours alone, made in consultation with the surgeon(s) you choose. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or guarantee outcomes. Complications, dissatisfaction with results, and recovery issues are matters between you and the treating clinic and are governed by Colombian medical law.

We link to partner clinics, sister sites, and third-party resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, code, brand marks) is © Scout Theory LLC unless otherwise credited. You may quote briefly with attribution. Wholesale copying, scraping, or republication is prohibited.

Prohibited use

• No use of the site to harass clinics, surgeons, or staff.
• No submitting information on behalf of another adult without their consent.
• No use by anyone under 18.
• No use to solicit medical procedures for a minor without a parent or legal guardian directly involved.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout Theory LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout Theory LLC's aggregate liability arising from your use of this site or our booking-referral service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We are not liable for medical outcomes, complications, currency fluctuation, or travel disruption. We are not liable for third-party (clinic, hospital, hotel, airline) conduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Franklin County, Ohio. You waive any objection to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
